A Truly Horrible Treat

Another fabulous day, started with meeting our old uni friend at London Bridge station then we had a meander down the Thames to Tower Bridge...

Over the bridge then a look at the amazing poppy display, brilliant installation, very clever and very efective. I think the poppies are up until November then they will sell them off.

We kept spotting these benches along the way which were promoting the new Julia Donaldson book...

We caught the bus down to the West End...

Di had won vouchers for TFI Fridays, so we had a nice lunch there and hung out with Spidy...

We then popped down to Trafalgar Square for a bit of entertainment before heading up to the Garrick theatre...

For the Horrible Histories show, which was Brilliant! Great for adults and kids, very funny, very 'orrible. Oh how I miss going to the theatre!

After the show we headed back down to Trafalgar Square to watch a guy lie on a bed of nails and juggle knives...

Of course we had to do the Lions...

Another brilliant day, we decided to leave before the boys totally crashed, great to see The Brogster again and she was looking rather colourful!
