Rolling blackouts are still affecting the kanto area and will continue to do so for some time yet oh yes and then there is that nuclear reactor problem... and the announcement that they found iodine 131 in the tap water in Tokyo, incidently, there is an excellent piece written about that here.
The clean up will take years, looking at images like this make you wonder where it will all begin....
