The weather is awfully muggy at the moment, hot and humid most days, today is a bit better because it is cooler but it is raining, I really can't be doing with it, makes me sleepy and grumpy to boot. It is next to impossible to do the laundry and everything goes mouldy, blah, grumble, grumble..... made a new header to cheer me up, hope you like it :o)
Very cute! Breakfast is a challenge these days - I should try something like this. I like your new header and am impressed you can just whip one up like that!
ReplyDeleteHow on Earth do you boil an egg in the shape of a car?! That's amazing!
ReplyDeleteThis looks so appetizing. I am going to have to try it with my children.
ReplyDeleteI, too, would like to know how an egg is boiled into the shape of a car. I have a couple of teenagers who would still get a kick out of eggs cooked like that.
ReplyDeleteGreat post!
ahhh look like I am going to have to spill the funny shaped eggs secret!
ReplyDeleteI have egg moulds, yep, special moulds... hard boil your egg as normal, peel it while it is still hot, pop it in the mould, close it then but it in a bowl of cold water for about 10 mins. I usually do that first then get on prepare the rest of the meal, open the mould and
taa-daa car/rabbit/bear/fish egg :o)
If you are interested I can pick up moulds for you, just drop me a line.
I love the breakfast tin. The egg moulded egg is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteFun meal. And I do like your blog header. Your blog always looks cute, though.
