Ebi-kun wanted to make a snack the other day and was insistent that it must have sprinkles, so this is what he made....
Chop the banana into slices
Put onto cocktail sticks then dunk in melted chocolate
Dip into a bowl of sprinkles
Lay on grease proof paper and pop into the fridge for 10 minutes to set
eat!
He did it all by himself including setting up and cleaning up, the only thing I did was melting the chocolate.
That's great! They look like a yummy snack my boys would enjoy!
ReplyDeleteLewis wanted sauteed mushrooms the other day, so he did everything (got out the mushrooms, put them in a saute pan, stirred them with a spatula, threw the empty package away) except turn the burner on. I supervised his cooking closely, of course, but I was impressed.
Wow. That looks good! I love the last picture. :) My two love dipping banana in kinako powder but chocolate sounds even better!
ReplyDeleteyummy! i love that he did it himself!
ReplyDeleteGood idea. My husband just bought a bunch of strawberries, which I was thinking of dipping, but Beeper won't eat strawberries. Maybe we'll do strawberries and bananas and he will like that. I'm sure he'd love the sprinkles.
ReplyDeleteHi! I've been following your blog on and off. I'm inspired by what you do with your son. Keep up with the good work! Question: Is there an easy way of browsing through your very early posts? I don't see a chronological archive. I have a 16 months old girl and would like to see what you did with baby Ebi when he was that age. Thanks and Happy Valentine's day!
