This is from before Christmas but I didn't get chance to blog about it until now. From the last swap, my Brazilian swap partner, Mina, sent this recipe and the ingredients, they were fun and easy to make. I acutally kept it until Christmas because I thought they would look cute turned into mini Xmas puds.
Ingredients
- 395g condensed milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pack grained chocolate
- little extra butter and sweetie cups
In a pan mix the condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder. Stir with a wooden spoon over a low heat for about 12 minutes, it is ready when the mix pulls away from the side of the pan.
Allow to cool.
Smear hands with butter and make small balls, about 2 cm's wide then roll in the choco grains.
Pop into the small sweetie cups.

I added a bit of icing to the top and some red and green sprinkles to make the mini xmas puts.
Very delicious, very sweet and I highly recommend giving it a try!
Thank you Mina :o)
