a very Japanese flavour dinner today! I haven't got the inspiration at 6am to come up with a muffin tin breakfast (this weeks theme over at Sycamore Stirrings)

needless to say the koya dofu all went in the first 10 seconds, if koya dofu scoffing was an olympic event Ebi-kun would be a gold medal holder without a doubt!
And we will be having the same for dinner tonight, with a bit of pork thrown in and a side salad maybe!
That's such a cute idea. I wish I could get my kids to eat even half those vegetables :)
