shake, rattle and roll....

We are going to a friends baby disco party at the weekend so we decided to make some shakers to take with us. This was a bit of a spur of the moment thing which meant I had to look through the recycling to try and find some suitable shaker containers. We got a parmasen cheese pot, a toilet roll middle and couple of boxes. BabyEbi set to work and put a few spoons of rice/pasta/chopped drinking straws into the various containers then I sealed them with tape. He then decorated with pens and stickers and when he was done I sealed the whole think by wrapping it in sellotape. Of course once we were done we had to put some tunes on to test them out. He also sorted them into loud and quiet and picked out which ones he liked best. It was a good time killer, it was way too windy to go and play in the park.
